For 32 Bit
I did a clean install of the Windows 10 Anniversary Edition (Multiple Editions), which I installed from my MSDN subscription downloads, on an HP Envy x64 machine which came with Windows 10 Home. I did this, hoping to install Pro, in order to wipe out the nonsense which HP loads into the machine. I did a clean wipe of the disk during the partition step. The install proceeded without problems. Apparently, though, given that research on the web has indicated that now computers come with a product key embedded in the BIOS, the installation installed Home automatically, when I was expecting to be asked to choose.
Well, OK, so I then went to the System page in Control Panel and upgraded to Pro using the Product Key I acquired from MSDN. Voila -- Pro magically available. But when I went to the Computer Management panel, user account management was not available. Launch of lusrmgr.msc likewise yielded the statement that that particular snap-in is not available for 'my edition' of Windows 10. I have two other machines where I have Pro and work them as an administrator, and they allow this user access no problem.
So, two questions:

And, what else am I missing that I will discover later when I then need it?

An additional note: I am using this post not only to see if there is a way to get the 'real' Pro on the machine, which I hope I can do, but also as a method of providing feedback to MS on the issue -- really wondering why/how can this be? Do I have to pay extra now for Pro when I already have paid for it in my MSDN subscription?
