Why do my all of downloads keep dropping to 0 Bytes after just 5 seconds of the initial downloads?

Steam download speed keeps going to 0

I start my Steam downloads, peak 4.7MB/s and then 5 seconds after that, I drop to 0 bytes and make no progress , and of course my 'time remaining' also disappears with it. It also seems to stop my download and try and download other games too, but that results in the same problem, they go down to 0 bytes then swap out for another game.

I have tried messing around with my download region and it haven't worked, and now I'm stuck and need your guys' help.
